Nice wheel, difficult install
Love the Nardi 'Classic' wheel on my Datsun 240z, it really looks great. But what a pain to install! I can't believe Nardi does not provide any installation instructions in the box or on their website. And if you Google the car forums, there's nothing but confusion about how which order to assemble the various components. Spacer/adaptor first, then steering wheel - that's the easy part. But the Nardi Classic has a trim ring to cover the steering wheel mounting bolts - and there is widespread confusion about whether the horn goes in first, then the trim ring - or the trim ring, then the horn. (It's the latter - the horn secures everything once clipped in.) Some people are doing it wrong, then recommending their way on the forums - which often recommends double-sided tape to hold the trim ring!! So then there's a bunch of forums giving Nardi a bad name, for selling a product that needs 'tape' to hold it together! It's hilarious. MR STEERING WHEEL - you guys need to help sort out the confusion.
